Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Free private parking, located in downtown.
We now have an OFFICE with desk and office chair.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. we are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of this upstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TV's in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

We had a great time in St. Augustine. This property was a short walk to the heart of the city, including attractions, resturants, and shopping. We only had to move the car when we did a quick grocery run other than that, we were able to keep the car parked and walk every where. We will definitely recommend this property to others.

Nice stay
The unit was good for the cost. The bedrooms were a bit small but comfortable. Our only real surprise was that we were on the second floor, which was a bit difficult for a couple of 78-year-olds with considerable luggage. It also made accessing the pool a lot more difficult - down the stairs out the front, around through the parking lot, through a gate, and onto the pool patio. But the host was very responsive.

Description of facilities was accurate (very clean and updated). Comfortable location to explore downtown by walking. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended. You don’t need to use the trolley or your car - all the downtown sites / activities are accessible by walking. We stayed in Apartment 3 which is upstairs (if you want downstairs make sure apartments 1 or 2 are available).

Wonderful roomy two BR and den apartment
The property was clean and well furnished. The building is pretty and we had our own parking space It is a very walkable five blocks away ftom King Street, the main street in downtown St. Augustine. We walked everywhere!

Nice little getaway
If you are looking for a place to stay in St Augustine, this is the spot for you. Quiet neighborhood, easy check in, and I got to meet Kirsten she is very sweet. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I for a quick getaway for a few days.

We love St. Augustine! This is the second year we have stayed at this property and it is lovely. Perfect walking distance from downtown and driving distance from Vilano Beach. It's clean and neat and the owners are super easy to communicate with. Love it!

Property was very well layed out. The rooms were clean and the kitchen as well stocked. I was not a big fan of the temperature in the apartment during the day. The air would run all day but the temperature was 76 and up during the day. It would cool down at night after the outside temp dropped.

Great base for exploring St. Augustine.
Immaculate apartment in quaint historic area. Everything we needed was provided and Kirsten was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook, or it is a short 10 minute walk into the downtown for many restaurant options. Lovely pool area too. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough for us to use it. Off street parking was nice too. Very well run property.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Owners provided detailed instructions to check in and check out and it was very easy. The apartment itself was clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, and cleanup as well. The bedrooms had plenty of storage for clothes and things, more than we needed for just 3 days. The queen beds were clean with enough pillows and covers provided. I found the mattress a little too firm, but husband and son had no complaints, so just a matter of preference. The apartment itself was quiet, although I believe all the other units were occupied as well, based on parking. We heard a couple of noises here and there, but not disturbed at all during our stay. It was too chilly during our January visit to enjoy the outside or pool at all. The neighborhood was also very quiet which was nice, and is extremely walkable. We felt safe, even late at night coming back from a late tour. Each morning we walked less than half a mile to the closest trolley stop, and then at night made the full walk back from St George pedestrian area. Much easier than trying to drive and park, and really not that much longer than waiting and riding back with cab/ride share. Thank you Kirsten and Michael for a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful city. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful retreat in St. Augustine
The property was perfectly located just south of St. Augustine’s historic district. Well equipped, clean and very functional. The pool was an added bonus. Kirsten and Michael were very friendly and helpful.
