Punaisella mökillä on 100 vuotta vanha rakennus, joka on rakennettu puusta, joka on pelastettu vuoden 1914 tulipalon jälkeen. Nyt yli sata vuotta myöhemmin sillä on omituisuutensa ja puutteensa ja hyvin vähän harvinaisia tai suoraviivaisia linjoja, mutta viehätys, lämpö ja persoonallisuus ovat lumoavia. Punainen mökki ei ole kaikille. Joten sanotun kanssa, jos epäröivä ja ei kiinnostunut mökki ei todennäköisesti ole sinulle.
Mökki on maalaismainen, viehättävä, viihtyisä ja viehättävä. Se on hiljattain remontoitu, ja siinä on kaikki modernit ylellisyydet ripauksella historiaa. Mökki sijaitsee kiinteistön takana näköalalla Castillo Driveen, kaupungin sisäänkäynnille. Francis Field, kadun toisella puolella, on keskustan tapahtumakenttä / koirapuisto. Mökki nukkuu kaksi mukavasti suurella parvella, joka nukkuu kaksi. Minun on ilmoitettava, parvi on jyrkkä nousu pystysuoraan tikkaille, joten jos harkitset tätä tilaa, sinun on oltava ketterä. Alle 200 metriä itään on vierailijakeskus ja vaunun napa. Fort ja Saint George Street ovat 100 metrin päässä. Mökki istuu suurella omaisuuserällä vuosisadan vaihteen viktoriaanisen kodin takana. Quirky Bungalow
There was no working refrigerator. It was definitely rustic and could use a general deep cleaning. The manager lives on property and was very nice. Location is the strongest selling point, easy walk to visitor's center and Old Town. It was workable for the three night stay we were there.

The location is awesome and easily walkable distance to downtown St. Augustine. It smelled like there was some residential smoke in the space, so could be an issue for someone with allergies.

Nights of Lights
Perfect location to walk to everything! Kitchen was perfect for quick bites and coffee! Helped save a little by having this available and having a morning coffee without leaving the cottage. The bed was super comfy and the down bedding took it to the next level! The loft was great for extra sleeping (we did not use it) and yes a very vertical ladder to get up there. Non-clostrophobic Kids would love it!!!! The bathroom was quirky. I didn't mind it at all. Shower (as mentioned in the description) is quite small. The toilet is on a 'throne'. I absolutely love this cottage and would stay there again. Jeremy was a fabulous attentive host. Hilary was very responsive to all questions.

Loved The Location
We were conveniently located to all the events. It was within walking distance. Jeremy was wonderful. He gave us all the information we needed to make it a wonderful stay. There is a large crowd at St Augustine during the Colonial Night Watch therefore, it was so convenient to eat at the restaurant The Village Inn right across the street. We were able to park two cars on the property. Building a fire and watching all the action was so much fun. Would love to go back. Thank you. Debra

Quaint, quirky and cute cottage. Enjoyed our stay and the dogs loved it too!!! The dog park across the street was great for them!!! And the walk to all of the action for Nights of Lights was very close!!! Great place to stay if you want to be close to the action. Jeremy was a great host!!

Love staying here
This has become our goto location for visiting the Nights of Lights celebration. The cabin is cozy and rustic so you have to go into it with that understanding, but it is clean, comfortable, and the location is amazing. It is an easy stroll to the downtown area with a park across the road for easy walking with the pups. All in one of my favorite lovations to stay.

Cute place to stay, close to everything
The cottage was cute, affordable, and close to everything. The pictures in the listing are accurate. Thes hosts, Jeremey and his sister Hilary were great!! They were very nice and accomodating!! There were some reviews that mentioned excessive noise: we didn't experience that. Of course cars and people go by, but it wasn't any more than anywhere else we've stayed there. The shower: the shower was truly tiny, as stated in the listing.. We discussed this before booking, as my husband is 6 foot 220 pounds. He was able to shower and get fully clean :) However, he just barely fit, so if you are bigger than that, know you may be washing one body part at a time. The toilet: the toilet is on a weird platform as some reviews complained about. It is a bit awkward, but overall it wasn't a problem for us. The bed: the listing states a king sized bed and a queen. Just know going in the queen is what is in the main room. The king must be in the loft, we didn't go up there. The cottage and everything in it is older, it doesn't feel like your staying in a pristine hotel, it feels like your staying with your older Grandmother who does the best she can to keep up with things.. It was comfortable and affordable. I guarantee you will not find another place in Saint Augustine so close to everything for the price of this cute lttle cottage!

Property location is great, easy to walk to most everything. Eclectic little place, wouldn't necessarily recommend it for long stays or more than 2 people, but worked out great for our weekend stop.

Cozy Cottage
The Little Red Cottage was perfect for our first stay in St Augustine. The location was just a short walk to the fort and historic downtown. The loft was a perfect place for our 10 yr old to play while we relaxed between sightseeing trips. We couldn't ask for a better host in Jeremy. He got us in ad settled and even provided tips on what what to see and do around town. We'll definitely plan to stay there again.

Red Cottage - perfect location
The quaint cottage is great for walking access to the historic district of St. Augustine. It has all the amenities and has a lot of character. The host was very accommodating with early access and parking. I enjoyed the stay and will use on future visits to the area.

Welcoming host and great location!
The cottage is a 5-10 minute walk at most to the St. Augustine welcome center and historic district. Fabulous location with parking. The host, Jeremy, is very welcoming and responsive. There is a dog park right across the street, which is great for traveling with your pet. Really great stay.

Great Location!!
We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very close to town, easy walk. Jeremy was great to work with...he actually called us the day before we were supposed to be there and offered to allow us to check in really early which turned out great for us. Jeremy also called us on our last day and said we can do a late checkout if we wanted to. The only thing I want to point out is the shower, it is VERY small which is fine for us since we do a lot of camping but just know this. We would stay there again for sure.

Jeremy, the VRBO manager was very nice and helpful, however the unit had no A/C and because of that we had to cancel our reservation. He was very quick to help resolve the problem and get us a full refund. I would definitely book with him again with him because of his eagerness to make us happy.
