This chic 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home features 4 smart Roku TVs, each with free access to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN, or use your own account for Netflix, Amazon Prime, or countless other streaming and music services! In the loft, enjoy a retro game night with a vintage Nintendo Entertainment System game console, loaded with classic games for you to play! The master bedroom features a king bed, as well as a smart TV mounted on the wall and a private balcony with seating. The master ensuite bathroom hosts both a jetted tub as well as a walk in shower for your convenience! Great place!
Very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do while in St. George area. Very clean and easy to use all of the amenities. The only feedback we had is that it would have been helpful to have some instructions for the hot tub. We were able to figure it out, but it took a little while.

Midwesterners Visit Utah
This house was perfect for our two families with active teenagers. We were able to go on many incredible adventures during our week long stay, including the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, as well as a few of the state parks. One of our favorites was Sand Hallow! We enjoyed downtime at the pool and community room, as well as the private hot tub and out door seating. The teens were pleased with the internet service and video game systems and the definitely earned electronic time with the hikes we did. We will be back.

Perfect family home
Very clean and simple. Seemed newly built and was perfect for our family. We loved the pool with the water slide and how close it was to everything. We could take a 20 minute walk to the grocery store and about an hour from Zion. Thank you!

Great place to stay
This place was perfect for what we were looking for for a girls trip! There was a small ossue with the hot tub not working correctly it was way too hot and the temp wouldnt go down. We called the first night and they sent someone out the next day. It was still hot but we made it work the second night. Hopefully itll be all taken care of for the next guests! That was the only downside since we were really looking forward to a private hot tub. Also the pool hot tub wasnt working either.

We really enjoyed the location and layout of the property. The pool and hot tub and customer service were great. The downside was the unit was dusty so we were sneezing constantly. I think it’s a mix of the red dirt and perhaps the air ducts needed to be cleaned. Also the memory foam mattress was so soft I couldn’t sleep properly. Overall we had a great time but recommend them improving the mattress and clean air ducts prior to next stay!

Overall very nice place in quiet area. The garage was very nice to have. The pool slide was great fun. I just wished there would have been room darkening window coverings in the bedrooms. Especially in the master as it is east facing and gets a lot of early morning sunlight before you might want it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was great for our kids and the hot tub was a nice added feature. My only criticism would be better blinds. The sun woke us and my kids up early. But other than that it was great.

Just what I was looking for
I’m originally from St. George, and wanted to stay somewhere relatively close to where my parents and sister live and the location of Ocotillo was perfect. The property was just as it was pictured on the website. The pool was great! Never crowded. And the whole process was super easy. No complaints. I would definitely stay again.
