Southport sai nimekseen onnellisin merimuseo rannikkokaupasta 2015. Southport on myös listattu parhaimmilla 46 parhaimmalla rannikkokaupungilla hyvillä talleilla 2017! Luettelo jatkuu ... Tule katsomaan miksi !!

Kauniisti uudelleen sisustettu moderni 2 makuuhuone, 2 täyttä kylpyammeiklubin huvilaa, jossa on valoisa upea näköala golfkentälle. Kauniita päivityksiä ovat Uusi kvartsi-keittiö ja kylpyhuone!Nauti näkymistä omalta turvatarkastustasi. Tämä on todella penthouse näkymä! Makuuhuoneen sviitissä on queen-size-vuode. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta täysikokoisena vedä ulos. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyamme. Tämä yksikkö on ainutlaatuinen, koska se on 'lukitus' yksikkö, joka on toinen makuuhuone / keittokomero yksikkö erottaa yhdysluukun. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma peruskeittiö, jossa on kylpyamme. Se on täydellinen perustamaan lakeja, ystäviä tai lapsia / lapsenlapsia, joilla heillä on oma tila, kun he ovat edelleen yhteydessä. Keittiö, jossa on keittoalue, on pois olohuoneesta. Sinun huvila-alueella on oma uima-allas vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä huvilasta. (Kausiluonteinen). . Yksityinen rantakerho sekä valtameren äärellä sijaitseva uima-allas Oak-saarella aivan sillan yli. Tämä kiinteistö sijaitsee Club Villa, ei Marshwinds. Uudempi, isompi kuin marsuilla ja suojatulla kuistilla.

Käymällä Southportissa, NC saat aidosti ainutlaatuisen määränpään, joka yhdistää rento rannikkokylän viehätys, jossa on historiallinen eteläinen arkkitehtuuri ja tyyli. Southport sijaitsee Cape Fear -joen, sisävesiväylien ja Atlantin valtameren suulla. Näkymä rannalta on poikkeuksellinen. Lovely Long Weekend
The condo is clean and beautiful! My daughter and I absolutely loved spending time out on the balcony overlooking the golf course, and the beach club access is a GAME CHANGER. Having access to bathrooms and an oceanside pool when you’re at the beach with children is ideal. This place felt like home, and Trish was so good to answer any question I had during our stay.

1st time guest and would return. Host very helpful from the first contact and responsive to every question. The pullout couch was not as comfortable as hoped so the kids slept on the sofa. I knew this was a possibility though. Thank you.

My sister and I enjoyed our first family vacation in Southport at this beautiful condo. It's comfortable, clean and perfectly set up for 2 couples. The location is peaceful and quiet. Trish was wonderful in providing us with suggestions for our stay. We are already planning our next visit.

Great first-time visit to the OKI area!
The condo is clean, modern and quiet - with a beautiful screened porch and golf course view. Really appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedroom too. Ample parking and an easy drive to both Oak Island beaches and the cute town of Southport. We loved having access to the nice bathrooms at the Beach Club. Trish was super responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. Thanks for making our family vacation a great one!

Fantastic and Relaxing
First...Trish is fantastic! Very accommodating and extremely good too work with. The condo was VERY clean and did not feel like a rental. The complex was friendly, quiet, and relaxing. The entire St James area feels like you're in a resort when your driving through. The instructions were spot on and helpful. Lots of food options within a 15-20min drive. The only issue was the beachfront pool was closed for renovations.

Wonderful Stay in St. James
The two bedroom condo we rented was decorated in a fun beach motif and was equipped with everything needed for our 2 week visit. The beds were comfy, the sitting area on the deck was lovely, and there was a separate dining space off the kitchen for meals eaten in the condo. There are so many areas of St. James that are special it’s hard to just list a few. St. James Plantation is a wonderful area to visit and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. St. James Plantation is located near all the amenities you would need along with being near Southport and Oak Island. We hope to be back real soon!

Amazing Stay
Third trip to the property. Extrodinarily clean, safe and updated property. Having access to the clubhouse on the beach is a great amenity. There was no coffee maker this time around or Keurig but besides that I have no complaints and look forward to returning.

Always the best
We have been staying at Tricia’s property for years and honestly can’t say enough about how amazing it is. Always the cleanest, Tricia is always the friendliest, can’t beat St James amenities. The clubhouse by the beach makes taking kids to the beach a breeze with bathrooms and showers available. The pool is a must. Southport and oak island have become summer staples for our family. Having never met Tricia in person we imagine she is as welcoming as the home she opens up for us year after year. Our children don’t remember life without Tricia’s home and speak fondly of “Ms Tricia’s house” throughout the year until we return the next summer. This year instead of staying for 7 days we stayed for 10 and it was well worth it. See you soon!

I stayed here with another friend and our daughters for a “girls trip.” This is the first VRBO I stayed in that was actually nicer than the pictures! It is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The screened porch on the golf course is breathtaking. Trish was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Area of OKI
So impressed with this property. St. James is just beautiful! It was so peaceful that we wondered if we were the only ones staying in this particular unit. The apartment is just lovely, straight out of a Pottery Barn magazine. There’s a laundry room, pantry, full closet between the master bedroom and bath which was really convenient. Kitchen/linens fully stocked. The second bedroom was wonderful for our four boys ages 17, 15, 12, and 8. The younger two slept on the pullout which they said was very comfortable. The pool is a short walk and the beach is around 10 miles away. Everything was within a 15 minute drive. This was the first time we’d driven versus staying right on the beach and we honestly didn’t mind it! It was nice to just open our trunk and lug all of our beach gear such a short distance. I would highly recommend this property. It was perfect for my family of six and I’ll be rebooking this property for next year, if available!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Southport. The condo was immaculate and offered stunning views of the golf course from the large back balcony. The condo was clean, comfy, and spacious. The owner was just a quick message away with any questions we had. 15 minute drive to the beach. Pool was just across the parking lot. Thank you for a wonderful experience at St. James!
