Location! This Upscale Coastal Cottage is a Tropical Oasis which lacks nothing. You will feel like you are on a permanent vacation. Just a few short steps to the silver sand beaches of IRB & nestled next to the Nature Preserve. This home is bright & airy giving it a Caribbean feel featuring a LUSH TROPICAL landscaped backyard & SALTWATER POOL (heated from Nov 1st thru May 1st) with tanning shelf. Walk to IRB restaurants, beaches, tennis & Basketball courts. BEACH LIFE!

The Space:
This home has an open and airy feel to it. We kept the furnishings inside to a minimum to protect this feel. Decorated with beachy decor - the backyard is just a continuation to your Tropical Paradise with Modern Saltwater Pool (heated from Nov 1st thru May 1st) and a NEW outdoor shower. You may never shower inside again.

The master bedroom is huge with a king sized bed and its own bathroom. The other rooms have queen beds and great closet space. The kitchen flows perfectly to make the home feel like one big open area.

According to Coastal Living Magazine, Indian Rocks Beach is the #2 best and most romantic beach destination in the US! Mouthwatering local cuisine with a very laid-back old beach town feels. You won't find bar fights here in this family friendly town. Everyone here is looking to enjoy every moment of every day.

Boarded by the intercoastal waterway on the eat and the Gulf of Mexico on the west, Indian Rocks Beach offers 3 miles of white sand beaches with 27 beach access points along Gulf Blvd.

One of the best things about staying here is the neighborhood. If you aren't familiar with Indian Rocks beach, be prepared to enjoy the ABSOLUTE COOLEST BEACH COMMUNITY in Florida. IT has a spectacular beach but the attitude and vibe are palpable. With only one large hotel, the beach has retained it's "old beach town" feel. With mostly cottages and very few multistory condos nothing about it fells like a tourist destination. Loaded with local restaurants, this is the uber cool, laid-back beach town. And what to "take it up a notch" for a night it’s a 5-minute trip to Clearwater Beach via car or take our Famous Trolley for a safe drinking night. There are plenty of places to visit, restaurants to experience and bars to enjoy for a lifetime of enjoyment. You won't want to leave and most certainly will want to come back.

Getting Around:
We include a 6-passenger golf cart for FREE! Having a golf cart is a GAME CHANGER! It’s a wonderful for going back and forth to the beach for the below reasons:
1. There is a dedicated FREE golf cart parking at almost all of the 27 beach entrances in IRB. The parking for cars at all but on of the beach entrances in Indian Rocks Beach is for residents only. The one parking lot that is for the public is very hard to get a spot there after 10:30 or 11:00 am and you could never leave and come back in one day and get a spot. With the golf cart you can go back and forth all day long even at sunset.
2. It is awesome for loading your gear easily and hauling the family back and forth to the beach.
3. The 3rd row folds down to a cargo bed. It goes about 20 miles an hour, is street legal, and perfect for going to restaurants and bars as well.

Pefect Beach Get Away
This house had it all! I was overly impressed with the amount of essentials provided for trips to the beach and even floaties for the little one in the pool. This was a tremendous help for travelers who fly in like we did. The cleanliness of the house was excellent. The location to the beach was about a block and a half away to a walk on access, a little further to a parking acess but not out of the way. The neighborhood was clean and we felt very safe. The house was a great location in comparison to all the surrounding cities in the area to provide many things to see and do.

All the bells and whistles!
From before we even left for our vacation the host Alisha sent us suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The check in process was seamless! And then the house, it is amazing but the outdoor space is spectacular. The description doesn't do it justice. It has everything that you could ever think you would need, baby gear, beach sand toys, a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, FULLY stocked kitchen from baking sheets and Pyrex to corn holders and basting brushes oh and a fancy Kuerig that brewer a pot or a cup. We really felt like we were at home for the week. Safe to say best family vacation!

Beautiful home in restful neighborhood
The home was very comfortable. The pool was sparkling and we were visited daily by the wonderful birds in the nature preserve that the property backs up to. The property owners allowed us to check in early. The golf cart was a hit with my SIL. He drove it everywhere. The ONLY recommendation I would give is for blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that. It was a great vacation home to spend a week with your family.

This house was spectacular it had everything we needed plus extra’s that we didn’t get to use. Five stars! The attention to details was absolutely amazing. Friendly host, easy access, fantastic amenities, spacious and most importantly very clean. Perfect for our family’s needs during our granddaughter’s graduation weekend. The pool toys were a mess and dirty, we were only able to use one floaty. The garage was also a mess and disorganized, we didn't know what we could use or not use. The golf cart was a life saver.. Everything else was good we enjoyed our stay

Fantastic house and location!
This house was perfect for vacation for our family of five. Very clean, well stocked, and just a beautiful house! It was wonderful to have the pool, which we used almost daily! Fantastic location in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the golf cart to make quick trips to stores and restaurants, and to take supplies to the beach. We never had any trouble finding parking at the beach. The house is located in a very central location, close to Clearwater, Tampa, and St Petersburg. We enjoyed exploring the area! We would absolutely rent this house again!

Great Beach Vacation Spot!
We stayed at this beautiful cottage for a long weekend with friends but would definitely consider coming back with the whole family. The cottage is spacious, clean, fully updated, beautiful and beachy on the inside. The backyard is private with a lovely heated pool. Beach access is a short walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need. Cottage also stocked with plenty of towels, beach and pool gear.

Wonderful house and location
Our family spent 12 days at this Indian Rocks Beach home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, the beach and nearby pickleball courts. We also enjoyed walking through the Nature Preserve. The home is very comfortable and worked well. The kitchen was well designed and well stocked, something you do not find in all rental homes. We especially enjoyed the pool and the golf cart. Those were great additions. Thank you so much for allowing our family and furry friends to enjoy your home. All the best to you!

Amazing house!
We loved this house. It is stocked with everything you need - both in the house and at the pool or beach. There are chairs, a beach wagon, floats, umbrellas, towels, lots of kitchen gadgets, etc, etc. Having the golf cart to use was absolutely the best. Easy parking and easy to get around. It has seatbelts so we were very comfortable even with a toddler with us. Nice open layout. Awesome pool. Great communication from property owners. Great location - convenient to everything. We definitely plan to return!

Our first impression was how beautifully maintained the home is, as well as how deceivingly large it is! So roomy, well-stocked, and spotless. My whole family loved the pool, I think we swam in that more than we were actually at the beach. Alisha was super helpful and responsive with my questions and requests. I would stay again the next time we travel down there! Highly recommend!

Wonderful house for our family
Had a lovely time at this beach house. The pool was the highlight, and our kids absolutely loved swimming in it multiple times per day. The beach is an easy walk, and our dog loved the dog park just around the corner, but it all eventually came back to the pool; we skipped the beach on our last two days there in favor of the swimming right in the backyard.

Best owners ever!!
My husband and I have rented beach houses for over 30 years. NEVER have we had owners so kind and understanding. Both Barry and Alisha were the BEST!! Now as 60 year olds we wished we were closer to the beach but we rented the golf cart and it was wonderful. And we took care of it like it was our own. When we took it to the beach we put towels on the floor so we didn't get a ton of sand in it. Also last night we cleaned it out. The house was just wonderful for us 4 grown adults. We used the pool everyday. We ate all our meals outside. ( we didn't cook but we did order in) The door lock code worked great. Some we have rented didn't. The master bath if wonderful. As is master bedroom closet is big with lots of room. Fact that this house is a ranch was a plus. The beach chairs were great nice to have them. Please if you rent this house take care of it as you owned it. The owners work hard to keep it nice please do the same. We seen lots of different birds because the wild life preserve is in the back yard. That was cool. This house was clean and we left it as clean and we left it clean. Lots of places to eat but it would have been a good walk with one of us waiting for knee replacement. So as I said we rented their golf cart. TJ was the spot we really liked. Maggie Mays had great breakfast on the intercostal . That was great food and view. We ate at Jimmy Guana that was a blast. Food was good so was service. The service at every place we ate was great. This was a wonderful trip... Thank you to Barry and Alisha for sharing your wonderful home

Great beach home
Very comfortable, everything we needed, pool was super! Also, the bikes, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and basketball and soccer balls were all appreciated. The only downside was loud music played by neighbors for two days.
