It has a great restaurant with a splendid breakfast buffet, great location just in front of London Tower and Bridge. Beds are a little hard, other than that it’s a great hotel.

The service is superb! From the wonderful friendly staff and their amenities, it’s a great hotel in London. It’s also close to the Tube, bus stop and Hop on Hop off stop. I highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed at this property before for a month long trip to London and I love the location. The hotel is very nice and modern. Super clean rooms. The tube station is right behind the hotel. Quick walk to the tourist sites. Also quick walk into the City of London.

I stayed at the tower suites for 7 nights. The bed was hard as a brick and even thought the staff tried to fix it there was nothing that it could be done because the mattress was so old and the mattress topper they used was so flat that couldn’t not make it better. My daughter and I were so uncomfortable sleeping on that bed for 7 nights our backs hurt each morning and we were tossing around all night because the matress was so hard like a rock it felt like it were were sleeping on the floor. I looked for the Expedia customer service number so I can talk to them about this issue because there was nothing else the hotel could do to fix it unless they bought a new mattress. I want my money back so please reach out to me at 214-578-2924 to discuss further. I have pictures of the old mattress not only looks old but disgusting same as the mattress topper they used, it looks like they tried to wash some stains ( could be blood ) look yellow with old dark red spots. Please contact me asap. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay
This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, very modern, and the area was incredibly convenient to everything in London. Uber was quick to pick you up in the front of the building when you needed them, and the Tube was right across the street. Restaurants were all around the area and convenience stores were right nearby. This is an excellent hotel with wonderful dining and a bar in the lobby.

I am still trying to find out if i can report the hotel staff for hate crimes but for now you can just read the review and make up your mind. I am a Uk resident white female in my 40s. I was travelling with my English husband from Chelsea (all of 2 miles!). Booking was prepaid and the hotel had my Uk address and knew I was a Uk resident. The.lady at reception immediately profiled me and aggressively asked me for my passport. I said i don't carry my passport with me and neither should I. She aggressively told met that all foreigners have to provide passports (first issue as the law says passport or other form of id). I provided my od card which she tried to scan (without my permission) and then handed over to her supervisor who took it away (again this is illegal) and then confirmed it was ok.. nobody apologised. Then they told me to sign t&c and did not gave me a chance to read them so i objected this and i did read them but only after the id card debacle. Then we were given the worst room in the category, it was 205 and the noise from the dlr was unbearable. I paid 371 pounds with no breakfast and I have never been treated so poorly in any other hotel in the Uk.

Well where do i start - this is the first time having ever stayed anywhere where we have had this happen ! We were due to stay one night at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid, i had booked a room which was pay on arrival ! We had a full day in London on the Saturday and in the afternoon when we have finished our afternoon tea at The Corinthia i happened to check my emails and was shocked to see that i had an email from Tower Suites to say my reservation was cancelled, no explanation or anything. My husband rings them and they said that they couldnt collect payment so therefore cancelled it BUT it was a pay on arrival that we booked it for and if they did try and collect payment like they said there was certainly sufficient money in the account, nobody is going to travel to London with no money when you are booked to stay somewhere so an utter lie. My daugher things they double booked and just used this as an excuse. Worse still was the attitude of the lady my husband spoke too, no accommodation for that evening and couldnt care less ! I certainly wont be recommending this hotel to anyone - appalling !

Lovely hotel but on our first night we could smell cigarette smoke coming through the vents . We were moved to another room . They also comped us a breakfast for the inconvenience . The beds at the hotel are rock hard . If you enjoy a firm mattress this won’t be a problem . I definitely think the beds could be upgraded . It’s well located , near the station as well as the Tower of London . Staff were friendly and accommodating .
