This fantastic south corner beachfront unit is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy your vacation. The light and bright nautical décor creates the perfect background for you to enjoy the best the beach has to offer. Your private balcony coupled with the additional windows create fabulous sunsets for your viewing pleasure. The spacious living room and newly remodeled, open kitchen allows plenty of gathering room for the whole gang. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer for your use. Other amenities include a TV in each bedroom and wireless internet service and free nationwide calling. Building #9 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Great condo, just needs a little TLC
Beautiful resort. Great location, beach not crowded. The condo was nice and roomy for 4, however needs through cleaning, sprayed for bugs, and eliminate the moth ball smell. We could not eliminate the odor, even after buying sprays, candles and plug ins. The condo wasn’t cleaned well prior to arrival and we encountered roaches, beetles and millipedes in the condo most of the week. We replaced about 8 light bulbs, however there is one in the master vanity we couldn’t find, but made it hard to get ready. Hopefully this will help prep better for next guest.

The Lands End community is so nice! Great pool , beautiful beach, fun amenities like shuffle board and tennis. Our condo unit was a bit worn and could use a refresh. Carpet and tub in master suite were very dirty. Window coverings old and dusty. Overall nice stay. We will come here again!

Air Conditioner leaking and flooding
We may have just been as unlucky as possible. Out of a 7 day stay at Lands End- only 3 of those days were decent and relaxing. I literally walked in to a flooded kitchen floor on Saturday. The AC unit had been leaking. Also, there was a faulty pipe under guest bedroom and carpet became soaked. We spent 4 days of our vacation dealing with maintenance people and hearing a loud industrial fan to dry out carpet. On top of all of this- the property covered/closed our balcony, so painters could paint outside of building. The property manager offered a small refund, but I feel that we should have gotten at least 50 percent off of those 4 days.

Condo was all it advertised to be. Spacious, well stocked,beautiful view of the gulf, quiet area.
I'd return to this unit in a heartbeat..( maybe have someone check the dryer? Multiple cycles to fry clothes.)
