Tämä kodikas 2 makuuhuoneen talo on hiljattain remontoitu. Nautit keskellä / etelä-saarella sijainti lähellä 2 monia kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Voit helposti kävellä Redfern Villageen ja muihin viihdeisiin. King & Queen -vuoteissa ja olohuoneessa on upouusi queen-size-vuodesohva. Yksikkö tulee w / uudet kalusteet ja luotettava wifi. Aivan talon ulkopuolella on valtava yksityinen aidattu takapiha loistavaan ulkoiluun. Talo sisältää käytön 4 polkupyörään (Beach Cruisers). Pääsy uima-altaan läheisyyteen.

Tämä on tärkein yksityinen talo, joka on kiinnitetty söpöön asuntoon (sellainen kuin kaupunkitalo).

Tämä talo on loistavalla paikalla Demere Rd: llä. Tien melu saattaa kuulua loman aikana. Nopeusrajoitus on kuitenkin riittävän hidas golfkärryille, joten ei nopeaa liikennettä.

Lähellä Redfern Villagea, lyhyen ajomatkan päässä rannalta ja laiturilta.

Siinä on täysikokoinen pesukonekuivain.

Sisältää käytön 4 rantaristeilypolkupyörälle.

Pääsy uima-altaalle kävely / pyöräilyetäisyys.

Holiday cheer getaway
Great place and wonderful host. Clean and friendly place for family. Every ask was answered and the host even had a soccer net for the kiddo's. Will definately be back to this clean, cute little piece of heaven.

Outstanding Visit to SSI in the Beach House
I cannot say enough about the property!! The location was perfect, the house was extremely clean, and the owner checked in on us many times. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms lovely...the bed I stayed in was more comfortable than my own:) We walked every morning and were so happy with how close everything was. The bikes were in great condition, and the local paths were very safe. We went to East Beach and it was super close, and had bathrooms, etc. right in the parking lot. We had dinner at Fiddlers, and the staff and locals couldn't have been any nicer; same with the Frederica House. We will definitely be back and would not stay any place other than the "Beach House" on Demere Road!! Thank you to the gracious home owners!!!

Great location and house
We really had a great time at this property. Very clean and the management company was super responsive! We really didn’t have much of a problem but when we needed them, they did respond quickly. Check-in was easy and the house felt really secure. The house is located in a great area, very walkable. Of course, Saint Simons is not a big island but this house was very convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Highly recommend and will probably stay again.

We went for a short vacation the place was awesome clean had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.We didn’t have to bring dishes mor did we have to bring our own bath towels or washcloths everything was provided even had washer and refer and dishwasher.I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect accommodations
Everything was simple and easy about our whole reserving and check in/out process staying here. The house was beautifully furnished, but felt family friendly enough that we felt extremely comfortable staying with kids. The beds were comfortable, and the whole house was neat and clean upon arrival. The private backyard was a nice feature and we enjoyed using the bikes.

We are four senior adults and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. David is a great host and the house is very comfortable with just about everything you need. The winn Dixie is only a few blacks away and the mid islands location is perfect.

Perfect for what we needed!
The house was very clean and provided everything you need for your stay. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly. The pool they mention in the listing was not in walking distance, but only a 7 min drive and we spent everyday there. The location of being mid-island was still very close to downtown and a short drive. Plenty of shopping/restaurants in walking/biking distance. We would definitely stay here or at other properties the owner has.

Nice clean spot convenient to things
It's a nice clean rental with modern appliances and it is well equipped. Convenient location. The only downside is that there really isn't anywhere convenient to park to unload luggage and stuff. The parking is way around to the side and you either have to bring everything through the yard (no path) or around to the front of the house. And since the "back door" is a sliding glass door you pretty much have to go all the way around to the front with all your stuff or go through a muddy back yard area (again, no path and no doormats) A path and a locking back door would add a lot. Otherwise, nice place

The home was very clean with comfortable furnishings and ample space. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. The home was in walking distance to a store, coffee shop and bakery. The title “Beach House “ was misleading. Getting to the beach involved a drive in very busy traffic to the beach access where parking was a bit of a hassle. We didn’t use the bikes that were offered because they looked dated and in poor condition. The biggest downside of this property was the traffic noise. Earplugs were required to sleep in the bedroom facing the street. The living room noise was constant. A city person might be able to ignore the traffic, but for us it was a dealbreaker for an otherwise nice place.

A Little Gem
I rented this property for my mom and three friends. They are all over the age of 65. It was a clean, spacious unit without stairs. This was important to them. The location was great! The property manager was quick to respond to anything and the vacation was easy and fun. The description of the property was as expected. I would rent this for them again!
