Dirty, run-down
Filthy carpet in the lobby, torn in several places. Elevator is up two mini-flights of steps, so luggage carts in the lobby are useless. Knobs missing from furniture, dirty bathroom, cracked seals in tub, shower head is at face level (under 6'). This review has a button to add photos but it doesn't work.

The property charges your card an additional $100 deposit and then refunds it which you have to wait for instead of just doing an authorization. The heater was not working properly in the room and was not blowing out air at the temperature it said on the wall so it was a little colder then it should have been.Also - what is going on with the pet fees? These places do not even give you bags or treats for your dogs or do anything extra. They should be giving you a bag of treats and some poop bags. These are junk fees.

We left after 1 night. I could handle the common areas that were about to be renovated, even though they were really bad, but not the bathroom in the room. The room had been renovated and was nice enough. Bed and sheets were comfortable. But the bathroom was terrible - the mouse trap under the sink was the last straw. Don’t stay there until the renovation is complete. Staff was friendly.

It was good to stay the 2 nights I did. Staff was nice. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about. Reconstituted powdered eggs waffles. The butter packets were straight out of the freezer. Broke my plastic knife trying to spread butter on toast.

When booking this hotel I was under the impression that this hotel had a gym on site as shown on there website. When inquired about the pool. I was told it was extremely cool, it was not heated. Upon entering the room the dresser was being leveled with a piece of paper and the sink had a slow release. I was give two more rooms to check on. The heater made more noise than the tv. The other had remote issues. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
