EagleRidge Townhomes 1536 is a spacious townhouse that offers wonderful walking access to the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, as well as a dining space with a large table where you can gather and discuss the day's activities. Guests can unwind in a private saltwater therapeutic hot tub with bluetooth-connection capabilities for music operated from your cell phone after a day of exploration. The living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, large windows, a 75” flatscreen Smart TV with soundbar to watch in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and doors that open to a private deck with a gas grill. For entertainment, you'll have your choice of six flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and shared EagleRidge amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle. Additional at-home amenities include a private washer/dryer and a two-car garage for your convenience.
Upstairs, the main bedroom features a 60” flatscreen Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have flatscreen TVs and share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
