The living room features new comfortable furnishings and a convenient gas fireplace–come back home from the slopes to a warm home and an entertaining movie to watch on the flatscreen TV with cable. Packing light is something you can totally do for this trip since Yampa View 301 boasts an on-site washer/dryer combo. Yampa View guests have access to two outdoor hot tubs on a sundeck with beautiful views of the valley, a fitness room, and a shuttle service during the ski season.
This unbeatable location will put you less than one mile from the Steamboat Ski area where you'll find nearly 3,000 skiable acres fit for beginners and experts alike. Closer slopes are perfect for beginners; make sure to visit Lil' Rodeo, Stampede, or Preview if you're willing to learn how to ski or snowboard. If you're more of an intermediate or expert skier, Vouge and Headwall North slopes are nearby as well. Downtown Steamboat Springs is less than four miles away offering endless dining options, convenience stores, Old Town Hot Springs, the Steamboat Art Museum, and so much more! Stretch your legs and enjoy a scenic hike through the Yampa River Core Trail, a seven-and-a-half-mile trail that connects downtown Steamboat Springs to Bear River Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
