Come home from a day spent skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, or hiking to prepare a hearty meal in the fully equipped kitchen, share stories of the day's adventures with a mug of cocoa at the breakfast bar or the dining table for six, or simply kick back by the gas fireplace, outside on the balcony, or in front of one of the three smart TVs and two DVD players. Not to mention, you can easily make a comforting cup of tea with the immediate hot water at the sink. Spend summer afternoons barbecuing on the Weber gas grill on the balcony, and winter evenings checking the mountain report on the free WiFi as your clothes spin in the private washer/dryer. This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
