I arrived at 2:35 p.m., Rose the front desk clerk made it very clear she would not check me in before 3 p.m., I told her fine I would wait. The manager came up at 10 till, she immediately checked me in. The wifi was out, so no tv all night long. The bathroom door looked like it was rotted at the bottom. The recliner and business chair in the room was falling apart. The door was messed and, very hard to open, it did not seal shut, the flip lock was broke. I slide the recliner in front of the door. It took for ever to get hot water for a shower. The second shift lady was much nicer.

Upon check in was told no tv/internet service. Was told by Expedia that relocation was not possible, only a refund, but as I had no additional funds for a room while waiting for refund I decided to stay. 1st room had black water backed up in toilet & tub, 2nd room key card reader not working, so needed staff to even enter room. After getting ready for bed I ended up with bug bites & found horrible bed bug infestation. I contacted Expedia & the hotel manager, was told I could get a refund. That was on Thursday night & it’s now Monday night. This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I would definitely recommend a tent before this hotel.

Room was not ready for anyone to stay. Cable out/no internet, room electric in poor shape, no blankets, not enough towels. No place in the bathroom to put clothes, toilet dirty.

After acquiring room it appeared to have some issues. No lights worked in half room nor the bathroom. Tv did not work. Beds were stained and noisy. Felt like a homeless shelter.

I was late, and was told , check in time ,is 3 pm, the next day. Would not sell me another night,?Rosa was not a pleasant person, terrible customer service. I still don’t have a room. The people in charge and running the front desk. Don’t care about Motel 6.. totally unprofessional

Piece of crap motel.
It was horrible!! No internet…no TV…roaches in the room…a mouse in the bathroom…toilet was full of s**t when I got there…fight in the parking lot…German Shepherds (two) upstairs. I stayed there 3 hours and put the door key in the night slot for room 116. No one in the office!! I want a refund.

Al llegar nos atendieron bien pero nos dijeron que la habitación las cosas imprescindibles no funcionaban. El lugar se veía sucio y con mal aspecto. Pero nos dieron la opción de buscar otro lugar y nos reembolsaron el dinero.
