A good deal and fairly nice.
It was hard to find because their sign was not lit up. They blamed it on the recent hurricane, but that has been quite a few weeks ago. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. It was like a small apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Initial arrival was great. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Next day we arrived for breakfast at 8:30 am and it was all gone. When my husband asked if she was going to be making more, she was so rude to Him. There was more eggs and sausages put out for 10 minutes, promptly at 8:55 she started taking all the food away. We then get back to our room and our key wouldn’t work. My husband went back to the front desk to get a new key and the front desk woman was also unfriendly and seemed to be inconvenienced by this ask. After she gave us a new key it still didn’t work and a maintenance person had to come. He was very pleasant. The problem was resolved. We called the front desk about a half hour later to ask for a later check out then their normal time of 11:30 and unfortunately we’re denied unless we wanted to pay extra. Promptly at 11:30 there was a knock on our door asking us to check out by the cleaning personnel. We have never experienced such rudeness before and even with the connivance of the location to our son, not sure if we would stay again.

This is a property with many apartment buildings in a nice area of good view. I like the deck on the lake side and I can sit on the water side to relax. However, the buildings look old maybe due to too many floodings from Hurricanes. My studio had a good kitchen, but I only stayed one night with no chance to use it. I did not take a shower as no water came out.

It was the cheapest place available at last minute and was pretty good value. Paint and fixtures needs some updates but still very clean. Didn’t get a chance to use kitchen. Bed VERY comfortable. It felt pretty secure. Staff was up at 3am to receive is, friendly and informative. Would def consider a longer stay next time

Was in a good loc for exploring Tampa and Clearwater, the staff where helpful and friendly, the rooms where spacious but Erwin need off update , old decor old cupboards and kitchen appliances, bathroom also dated .

The pricing and accomodations for my family of 5 were great. The communication regarding the airport shuttle was not updated and we were left to figure put transportation on our own. I had emailed several months prior to our arrival to double check that there would be an airport shuttle. There were no extra blankets available unfortunately for in the room and there were only thin sheets on the beds. The place itself is a little rundown and definitely could use updating. The front desk help were friendly and wanted to help out as much as they could.
