We LOVED this place we only stayed 1 night wish it was more. Check in was quick and easy. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Property is amazing. They did get hit by the recent hurricanes so there was some damage but they are getting it fixed. We didn't feel like we were in a hotel. They offer a social hour m-th of soup and salad and beer and wine I've never had that before it was amazing. Also there was breakfast hot and cold. Also they have transportation for a 5 mile radius.. And to and from the airport. DEFINITELY recommend !!!!!!

The room itself is as it states. The bed was extremely comfortable and the woman who checked us in and the gentleman at breakfast were great. After breakfast though, my husband and I walked back to our hotel and neither of our keys worked so we walked back in to have them change our keys and the lady who just watched us eating breakfast asked me for ID to get my keys fixed to go back in my room. I told her it was in the hotel and she asked me to show her pictures of myself on my phone! To prove my identity. All because the hotel keys didn’t work! Then, proceeded to walk back to our room and made me show her my identification to prove who I was. After verifying my full name and last 4 digits of my phone number at the desk. I have never been treated like this at a hotel ever in my life and I travel constantly. I won’t return for this reason. Super offensive. Probably don’t treat your paying guests like criminals.

Everything was good except for transportation. Drivers are borderline unsafe when driving and left us in the van and forgot to take us to our destination after bringing us back to hotel. Had to inform driver that we had a 11am drive to airport at 11:15

We did not have a contact number for the hotel although the website says contact them for shuttle service. Personnel at the airport called them for us. Check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant. The hotel is older but well maintained and very spacious with many amenities. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The bed was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again and also recommend.

Im pretty particular about where we stay on trips. I value clean with a good location. This checked both boxes and Id stay here again in a minute. Beds were sufficient, had a nice little kitchen area and easy parking. I get the feeling many people use this as a long term stay as the room was like a little apartment. Zero complaints.

I felt safe during my stay at this hotel, the surrounding areas are in very good location, and within stone throw away from bahama breeze restaurant. The balcony by the bay was a relaxing area to watch the sunrise or sunset. The complementary hot breakfast was decent with hot eggs & bacon / cornbeef ( in alternating days) and oatmeal, cereals, coffee,tea, pastries. Its was great that when we checked in, my request to have a room on the 1st floor was granted . The room itself was great for the price with everything you need to feel at home. The flooring needs a little leveling because some of the tiles creaks . The couch/sofa needs more cushion , it lacks support when occupied. Overall, i will stay again here when I visit Tampa. Thank you .

The staff was amazing at check in! Extremely helpful and accommodating to our situation. Katy and the manager were so helpful. The property is a little “tired” but the staff made up for it! Worked great for us, with the two men with special needs, in the same unit. Lovely location, as well.😎
