Amazing customer service

This is a beautiful hotel, which I have stayed in before. Unfortunately on my arrival I slipped and fell pretty badly on the pavement outside the hotel. The staff were so lovely and kind - they rushed outside to help me, and to make sure I was ok. They then upgraded me to a suite, and made sure to check in on me on the days that followed. Thanks to all the staff for your concern and kindness, and for making me feel very cared for. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Tampa.

Checked in at 5 o'clock and room temperature was 57 degrees. Shut off a/c and turned on heat after 4 hours was only 64 degrees. Then moved from back of hotel to front corner room at 9:30 at night. Very noisy, toilet didnt work, tv remote didnt work. Had to check out at 6 on Saturday night due to familymedical emergency, no compensation at all !!

The Hotel Haya is beautiful and the restaurant, bar and cafe were excellent. The location was terrible and extremely noisy until 3AM. Was impossible to get any sleep. Maybe the interior (non-balcony) rooms are quieter.
