Here’s a possible review based on your feedback: We arrived at 2 am, staff were very pleasant and welcoming, which made the stay enjoyable. While the room was on the smaller side, it was well-maintained and had good amenities. The hotel’s location was very convenient, close to ginza and stations but in a quiet location. A practical choice for a comfortable stay

10 mins before 10am - TV cut off & screen show reminder 10 mins to check out. Additional 1 hour at 2,000 yen! No hotel that i know have 10am check out time! Ridiculous

I like the location, close enought to a lawson and trains stations. Very walkable, to near by sites. If all youll be doing is sleeping, its a decent place to get rest and leave your bags. Had stains on wall, and they vaccum at night.

It was great if you’re travelling solo, the rooms are a bit small for two people but not bad at all. Staff was very friendly, the place was very nice and clean, and it’s close to the train station and convenience stores

Like most APA hotels, the rooms are very small, but they have great amenities, everything looks new and works great. Check-in and checkout are a breeze. The area is very quiet, but there is really good traditional Japanese casual restaurants all around. There is a lawson across the street which is very convenient. The area is very safe, and there are 2 metro stations about 7 min walk.

The property was fine. It’s just not very close to a lot. The Ginza shopping area is at least 15 min walk away and the train is about 10 min walk away. If it wasn’t so hot in the summer, I don’t think I would’ve minded. Housekeeping was great and hardworking. It would be great if they had a couple more washer dryers.
