- The private community amenities are available for a fee with tenant cards (6 cards provided). Each tenant card provides access to one individual (ages 3+) per day. The access fee is $24/person/day ages 7+, $10/person/day ages 3+. Children under 3 do not need a card. There is limited access to amenities for STR guests during peak periods
- Due to the mountain climate and location of the property, it is suggested guests bring their own flashlights, tire chains, and other items in the event of inclement weather or loss of power
- During the winter months, there will be snow removal in the event of new snow. Services may begin as early as 3:00 AM
- This property does not offer air conditioning
- Your safety matters. The property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell security camera facing the entryway. Camera 2 is in the front facing the driveway. Camera 3 is in the back facing the backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces
