Crowded lobby no room to have customers check in Shuttle took 45 minutes and I had to call 3 times. Shuttle in am was full already by time I had arrived to get back to airport. Just needs improvement to shuttle service.

Call for free shuttle waited 1 hour no show had to pay for uber to tell me at the desk the next day all booked for the shuttle so again had to pay for shuttle in the morning I booked a queen bed room i didnt talk to the clerk told me was a queen bed liars Ever come to this place again.

The hotel is SO run down and in need of major fixing and replacing very old furniture and fixtures. The staff was friendly enough. I will DEFINITELY not stay at this hotel EVER again.

Very old beaten up room, patched together. Dirty! Hair in the bathtub and not just one. Needs to be scrubbed from head to toe. Old broken lamp shades. Duct tape on the a/c unit. Broken old heater with cold air flying in. Patch painted on everything. Noisy not sound proof. I felt unsafe on the ground level.

The staff were not rude at all, but neither were they friendly. And although the room was clean, it was very dated and in poor condition. Rusted fixtures, a sagging, cracked area in the ceiling, the TV remote didn’t work… I could go on. Also, there were only sheer curtains over the window, and we were on the first floor, so if the lights were on, anyone walking by at night could see right into the room, and when the lights were off the outside light would illuminate the room, making it hard to sleep.
