Beach House 433 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Third floor, Oceanfront condo with all new furnishings and interior design, and features amazing views of the ocean from the living room and two balconies. Wake up to sunrise over the ocean and listen to the waves break just beyond your windows. Located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant The Deck featuring unique coastal cuisine.

This condo offers a modern coastal feel and all new furnishings that will make guests feel right at home. The living room has an attached balcony and is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 6, and the breakfast bar seats 3 at the counter. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining room. There are a full-size washer and dryer for guest use in the hall.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV, a private balcony with ocean views, and has an attached bath with double vanity and a whirlpool tub. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, and bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, with both furnished with TVs. The shared full bathroom has a tub and shower combination and is accessible from bedroom 2 and from the hall.

This condo has Wireless Internet for guest use. There`s covered garage parking for 2 cars. Bike racks are available for use with locks. You can bring your own bike or rent while visiting Tybee; it`s the best way to see the island. An elevator is conveniently located in this building close to the condo, and stairs are also nearby.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

Excellent family getaway!
My husband and I stayed for 8 nights with our 3 adult children and their significant others. The location is perfect, the view is exceptional, and everything was exactly as it was described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil and appliance we needed. If we return to Tybee Island, we will definitely seek this spot again.

Great location and amenities! Unit was spacious, only drawback was some of the furnishings were rather rundown. The rockers on the main balcony were literally in tatters. I assumed that after it was mentioned in a previous review it would have been addressed but obviously not. When we rent a vacation home, especially at the beach, the outdoor space is very important.

Great Location - Needs Cleaning and Maintenance
The condo was dirty (second dirtiest place I’ve stayed). Our feet were black within 5 minutes of arriving from the dirt on the floor. It clearly hadn’t been mopped and was barely swept. There was visible dirt under the tv credenza, beds, and chairs. There was hair in the bathtub on arrival. The linens did appear to be clean and fresh. The patio furniture was broken when we arrived and no one had even bothered to clean up the pieces of broken wicker on the ground. The house needed paint and we had several maintenance issues at the building: hall toilet leaked and technician did not fix it, pool heater was broken most of the week, and the elevator was down for a portion of the trip. The location was great and so were the unit amenities if they would be maintained and cleaned. This area of the beach was awesome!

Friday night neighbors partied too much a we could hear them barfing all night. It made an overall perfect stay not so perfect. Will pick a quieter more family friendly place next time

Condo was decorated beautifully and a had great view of the ocean.
Rental process east. My only issue is I didn’t know where the condo was located. Even though directions were provided I didn’t know which condo was ours. I thought I rented 433 but it was located in bldg 4 on 3rd floor.
