The people working at this location were very nice sadly that is the only nice thing I can say. I had requested a roll away bed. Even though it was listed as an option they said they do not have roll away beds. Yet they never bothered to contact me and warn me about the issue even though they had over a month to do so. We had to purchase a separate room. The first room was hot, I mean really hot. After 3 hours it started to cool down but then in the night the air kept turning itself off. I kept waking up sweating. I barely slept at all. I recommend finding a different place to stay.

Other hotels in the area that are much cleaner. Wouldn’t stay again, this is more along the lines of a $60/night stay

The hotel is nice, on my most recent stay I checked out early and now there’s a mysterious charge of $86.80 on my card along with my $200 deposit not being returned. I left the room clean and had not broken any rules. I like this hotel but shady business practice is something I will not be supporting.

A little family throw down

Let me start off by saying the temp in ukiah during our stay was 100+, only to be told at check-in that the ice machine was broken..not the end of the world.Fast forward to 1:30 am Sunday morning when we were awaken by what seemed to be a UFC cage fight in the room above us which went on for 1 hour before the cops arrived. After all the screaming and the sound of beer cans hitting the ground we really didn't get much sleep after that, the next day we went to the office to be told by the employee he wasn't working last night.

Good clean low-budget Hotel

Good clean Hotel if you are looking for a budget Hotel. Service was okay, we did not try their breakfast so we can’t comment on that. If you are just passing by Ukia and need a clean place to stay without paying a whole lot this could be a good option. Pool was okay, but needs to be clean more frequently. Other than that, beds were comfy and room spacious and clean. Got a fridge and microwave, which very convenient.

Really nice air conditioner wow it was 107 outside all day and I got a frozen night sleep overslept past check in because I was so comfortable in the blistering heat.
