Tule McKenzie-joelle ja yöpy rentouttavassa, täysin kalustetussa kodissamme, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta: mukaan lukien 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa 1 king ja 2 queen size-vuodetta. Tämä koti sijaitsee joen rannalla vain muutaman askeleen päässä vedestä ja sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla lähellä monia ulkoilumahdollisuuksia. Vain muutamia mainitakseni: se on 30 minuuttia Tamolitch Fallsiin (sininen uima-allas), 10 min Blue River Reservoiriin, 15 min Cougarin kuumaan lähteeseen ja 18 min Cougar Reservoiriin. McKenzie-joki on kalastus- ja koskenlaskupaikka, jonka kotimme istuu aivan reunalla. Seikkailu päivällä ja nukkuminen mukavasti joella kuulostaa yöllä.

Favorite VRBO to date!!
The only rental I’ve been to where every single thing about it was perfect! Place was spotless. Hot tub was immaculate (stars were amazing!), house had literally everything we needed and then some. Quiet, peaceful and serene. The entire property was so well thought out and meant to be lived in and enjoyed!3 nights was not enough at this place! I think I spent most of the first night opening cupboards and closets going “omg I can’t believe they have this, they thought of everything!” And truly, they did. Even down to the food coloring I needed for Christmas cookie icing! (There were even fishing poles had we wanted to fish).It was clear right away that this house has had a lot of love and quality workmanship put into it. It felt like someone treated it as their home – not just a rental property – and that makes a world of difference! Sitting on the deck with the heater on every morning, sipping tea and watching the river flow was so soothing. Hot tub was great! It heats up quickly too. Was at 91 when we got there and in just over an hour it was up to temp! Some of the small touches were my favorite. Like the photos of what the property used to look like, board games and a massive bookshelf with books about the river and local area. We were so sad to leave, but grateful for this place and the wonderful Christmas memories it helped create.

Peaceful
We were a group of four golfers traveling from Bend to Bandon, Oregon. We golfed at tokatee golf club and then stayed at Van’s place. It was extremely quiet and peaceful and perfect for our late arrival and early departure the next morning for Bandon dunes. Thank you, Van, it was great.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in and communication with the manager was a breeze. Online description matched the property. 3 nice big rooms with comfy beds and two bathrooms upstairs. Big tv room and a bathroom downstairs. Little warm downstairs, there is an AC unit in the window upstairs, and we couldn’t get the sound system to work with the TV, but those were minor issues and we otherwise loved the property.

Wonderful Oasis
What a beautiful home right off the wonderful MacKenzie River. The deck over looks the river and is a gorgeous place to have coffee in the morning and wine at night while listening to the river. We came here to hike and kayak and was perfectly happy with all the extra amenities the host Van provided. Host was very responsive and we appreciated the flexibility of checking in and out. The house came equipped with all the extras and it was very much appreciated. Thank you! Would highly recommend this house!

Enjoyed our stay w friends while touring Oregon ! We spent most of our time on the back deck enjoying the river views but the house is well stocked and set up nicely for friends and or family gatherings. The owner was very responsive with reco’s and questions . Loved our stay - highly recommend !!!

A relaxing stay on the river
This is a great house on the beautiful McKenzie River. Bedrooms are all upstairs which was a challenge for one of us. Having three bathrooms was nice. The kitchen was excellent and very well-stacked. The absolute highlight is the deck that overlooks the river. One could totally lose themselves watching the river, rafters, and fishermen float by. Not a great place for small children due to the steep terrain and proximity to the river.

We had fun! Just a couple of issues
All was well with the property except the property was listed as having a pool and it didn't . The grand kids were especially disappointed. A very loud fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM. It went off after a minute but we searched everywhere but could not find the source? We were very concerned. Needless to say it frightened the kids and no one got much sleep. The owner was nice and said he was sorry. He said Vrbo had miss listed the property as having a pool and had not changed it at his request? He also said he was sorry that the alarm went off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason and he would look into it. That being said the house was nice. Everything was clean the view of the river was beautiful.
