Positive- GREAT location less than a 5 minute walk from the Spring Hill Metro station on the Silver Line with a Mcdonalds and a WalMart very close by. Excellent staff and a very good breakfast (including eggs and sausage.) Negative- Carpet was one of the dirtiest I've ever seen although the rest of the room was clean. I would stay there again; hopefully they will clean those carpets!

Lower tier hotel, price lower as well
The toilet bowl didn't flush correctly when I arrived, maintenance people fixed it the same day. I did see a cockroach in the room

stay here if you don't have other options.
Would not stay here again. I am past the smelly motel rooms that has roaches... the room was neat and clean. The toilet kept on "auto flushing" at irregular intervals in he night. roaches were trying to hide everytime i switched on a light bulb.

AC unit was very noisy and could not be turned off (even though there was an Off button on the unit). If you are sensitive to noise it could keep you awake all night. The shower valve was older and hard to use. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent.
