There is no pool on site. 24hr fitness shares the facilities however they don’t give access to kids 13 and younger. We got this hotel because of the indoor pool and my child was not able to use

It is the first time there was no house keeping everyday. Also i would like to have clean towels everyday which was not happening. No proper instant coffee. It should have an adaptor for foreign customers. Anyway it was close to everything. That was the main thing. And not very far to walk to the restaurant or find our morning coffee from starbucks.

My stay was good. I wish they offered larger rooms for people traveling with large dog. The space was small for my large dog and I. The outdoor courtyard was nice, but there was no flat grass area to go do their business. Going outside at night so my dog can relieve himself is not very safe in that area.

The hotel charged me a hefty fee for an early check-in, which felt unreasonable and disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast was extremely underwhelming—just a few bagels and some cheese. It certainly didn’t meet the expectations of a proper continental breakfast.

Unique, super cool boutique hotel with all the charms. Beautiful lobby, great restaurant, fantastic game room and gear room although we didn’t get to try any of the outdoor stuff due to inclement weather. We made s’mores in the evening and enjoyed happy hour in the bar. The rooms are so cute and the beds and pillows and bath products are spectacular. I always love and appreciate blackout drapes. It was a little hot in the room, but if you just turned the heat off, it cools down nicely. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed here to go to the Portland Trailblazers game and it was very easy to take mass transit to and from the game.

Staff is great! The property is convenient. Service in restaurant is slow and hose cleaning only comes when requested . But I stay here several times a year because the front desk staff is great!

A lot extra charges, but good hotel.
There are many hidden fees at this property that can be found on web site. The restaurant was great, and close to amenities. I wish we knew true costs when, booking dog friendly fee was 45, amenities fee 35 and parking 40.

Hotel zag is a great hotel. Centrally located transportation right out. Front parking available. Underground parking staff is always nice. Restaurant staff could be better. Came on a night when there was a concert in town and unfortunately it was pretty understaffed in the bar and front desk and those poor kids were running their tails off but they were great. They were wonderful. Always loved the front desk kids. They're awesome. Amazing. You'll always have a good time at Hotel zags it's clean. It's fun. It's great you can rent skateboards and all kinds of crazy stuff. So it's it's really a neat place.... Bar was a little frustrating. Had to wait in a very long line just to get glassware for my room and was met with a bit of an attitude but understood because the bartender was so low. They really should not pinch the pennies when it comes to making sure that the front and the bar is staffed regardless of the day a week because Portland has always got something going on
