We stayed at Quality Inn in Weston, W.V. and had a terrible experience. Our room was filthy. I tried to talk with a manager twice while there and was told by staff that Nick was unavailable. I've called 3 times to speak with Nick; he has not returned my calls.
Hair & debris piled in bathroom corner, ironing board cover ripped open, bathtub with gunk all over bottom – like someone emptied mop bucket. Crumbs on the floor by the bed, sticky hairdryer, broken bathroom floor tile (dangerous legal liability).

At first, I asked for a discount; now I would like full refund.
