Spanning 4 levels and 4600 sq. ft. with an open-concept floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, this would be the perfect family or friends retreat or a luxurious remote work getaway. The main living space is open with floor to ceiling windows allowing light and views from every angle, with sliding glass doors on three sides leading out to the lovely balconies. On the second level with even more views is a landing set up for yoga surrounded by nature. A centrally located grand stone fireplace, open on 4 sides, offers warmth on chilly days, as well as a fun grilling section on the side open to the kitchen. Add in reliable WiFi, a sauna, large jetted tub and shower, and pool table! No power, no problem, thanks to a whole house generator that will keep the lights on even if a storm leaves everyone else in the dark.

Outside, enjoy a large yard, hot tub and firepit, or just relax using the propane or charcoal grill. What more could you need in one single setting? Welcome Home! But of course, don't forget to get out and explore. With its location close to Bretton Woods, Franconia Notch, Forest Lake, Santa's Village and the many attractions that the White Mountains have to offer, you'll just wish you had stayed a little while longer.

*Toddler safety: The upper levels of this home have banisters with a wide spread between the bars. These levels may not be safe for unattended young children.

Safety Notice For Young Children: The vertical railings on the upper stairs and 3rd level surrounding the living room are somewhat wide (about 6-inches). It is important to disclose that this may be hazardous for toddlers or young children.

-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 4 Vehicles. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes. Cats not allowed.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.
