Lyhyt tarina on, että valitsimme tämän asunnon sijaintipaikkansa vuoksi ja teimme siitä todella söpöjä ja kutsuvia. Listaamme sen ensimmäistä kertaa sen jälkeen, kun olemme pitäneet siinä varmistaaksemme, että se oli todella mukava ja että siinä oli mitä tarvitsit hauskanpitoon.

Voit kävellä Short Sandsin rannalle, hienoimpiin pikkukauppoihin, ruokaan, juomiin sekä Yorkin eläintarhaan ja huvipuistoon. Voit myös kävellä Long Sandsin rannalle ja ravintoloihin tai jäätelöön Long Sands Roadilla. Periaatteessa, jos haluat, voit pysäköidä autosi (meillä on kaksi tilaa) ja kävellä koko viikon!

Jos haluat, voit ajaa 10 minuuttia tiellä Kittery-myymälöille, 15/20 minuuttia parhaaseen ostokseen, jonka voit kuvitella Portsmouthissa. Wellsissä on hieno elokuvateatteri, Ogunquit on aivan kadulla (puhutaan söpöistä myymälöistä), Ogunquit-leikkimökki on 10 minuutin päässä. Miksi haluat majoittua muualle?

Keski-ilma ja lämpöä sateisiin päiviin. Pelit, kirjat, söpö, täysin varustettu keittiö, kaasugrilli, piknikpöytä, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Vedä (kuningatar kokoinen) sohva olohuoneesta. Pysäköinti kadulla kahdelle autolle.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta York's Wild Kingdom. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi vesipuiston. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Cute condo in a great location
We had a wonderful time at York Beach and this condo made it easy. Very clean, well stocked and an easy walk to Long Beach which we preferred as less crowded. Also easy to get to grocery store and town for time at the arcade and shops. Owner was easily accessible and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again when in York!

Comfortable beach getaway
We had a lovely stay. The hosts were quick to respond to inquiries before and during our stay, and the house is a lovely destination. It has the essentials for a beach getaway and more (AC/firepit/outdoor seating). We didn't take advantage of all with a toddler in tow, but it was a nice, comfortable and very clean space for a small group.

Cute place but in need of some finishing touches
My family and in stayed for three nights at this cottage in July. It is a small condo very close to the beach. First the positives… the place is very clean and easily accessible. It is a very close walk to the beach which was nice for our family. The hosts were easy to contact when we needed anything and responded promptly sending a broom and a toaster (both were not there) to the property when we reached out. On the other hand the house itself was lacking in some things that could have made it more enjoyable. Though clean, it would have been nice to have an area rug in the living room and lamps in the living room and bedrooms. The listing seemed to mention that the house could accommodate 5 people but that is not really the case. The couch was small and did not pull out into any sort of a bed. We did not spend any time in the backyard as the tables and chairs were somewhat dirty. I do believe the place is in the process of transferring owners so that may be part of the issues… just learning curves. We love York, however and enjoyed our time at the beach and in town.

Wonderful Weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful duplex. The location is ideal, in between Long & Short Sands, both within walking distance. We saw the most beautiful sunrise at Short Sands. The condo has a great backyard and fire pit. It is complete with all your needs, including laundry detergent, for a fun beach stay. Our only issue was the comfort of the mattress. We prefer a softer mattress so we bought a mattress pad and it made all the difference. We will absolutely stay here again. We come to this area every Memorial Day weekend and have for the past 6 years and this has been our favorite location. Thank you for a great time.

York Vacation
This was a new area for me and I really wanted a cottage with walking distance to the beach. Long Sands is closer and was beautiful each morning at low tide. The cottage was nicely decorated, comfortable beds ..only suggestion is to put mirrors in the bedrooms to help in the getting ready process. Esp for females…🦞

The property was lovely- well stocked with everything we could need, close by to everything , and equipped with quality appliances and furnishings. My kids cried that they didn’t want to leave their beach house at the end of our stay. I would highly recvomend this property.

Perfect stay
We wanted a place in York Beach close to (read that as walking distance) to town, Long Sands and Short Sands beaches. We couldn't have asked for better than this property. It was clean, well appointed, comfortable and exactly as described. The Host Lynn was wonderful, with prompt and informative communication and concerned that our trip went well. Should we revisit York (a wonderful place), this would be our go-to place to stay!

Perfect in everyway!
Staying at this perfect cottage was just that! 5 mins from the Nubble Lighthouse, the lovely town of York and 20mins north of Portsmouth NH. The cottage is bigger than the pictures show! High quality sheets, linens, towels, decor, plush rugs! The beds are a dream being brand new! The kitchen is wonderful as it has everything you could possibly need. The TV so nice and big and the heaters works wonderfully (we staying in April and was very chilly with a storm for 2 days). Lynn is a fantastic host to speak and work with and was a phone call away to help with anything we needed. Full size washer/dryer was really helpful for the four of us! I was so blessed to stay at this wonderful location...can't wait to visit again and again! Don't miss the drive from York to Ogunquit on Rt. 1a it is unforgettable! Thank you for the most comfortable and pleasant stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Lynn and Phil's home. It was extremely clean and cozy. ....had everything we needed and was close to the beach and center. Also a quick drive to lobster in the rough , one of my favs. Can't wait to stay here again!!
