Shower gel, shampoo etc. pump-bottles on the wall were replaced with 1 single-use shampoo and conditioner. For 2 people. No shower gel. It felt like because we used hotels.com -service with a little discount, we got ourselves the worst possible ”Skyline” room from which they had stripped away every possible extra service including body wash. 1st time ever I gave tip to no-one when staying at a hotel.
