Best 5 Star Hotels in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

"Lovely luxurious hotel with great restaurants. Hotel was stylish. Perhaps a small face lift woyld be good. Breakfast was tasteful and high quality food restaurants were really worth to visit. Rooftop bar offers great view, but music there is too loud (disc jockey in the evening). At arrival room wasn’t ready (we came 1,5 hours after check-in time) and receptionist promised to inform us by calling. Never did. Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Air condition didn’t work properly. We informed hotel staff, but nothing happened. Spa was fine - a bit funny was sauna’s which were warm rooms, not really sauna experience. Despite of these small errors in service, I will definitely visit here again and can warmly recommend this lovely oasis."
