"The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery."

"I only had a short stay, which was sad, because in this hotel I would have enjoyed to stay much longer. The hotel has excellent location, looks amazing and the service is super friendly. Will definitely come again"
