I stayed here in order that I could attend an event at the TECA, was disappointed that guests could not use the internal walk through and we were made to walk outside in the freezing cold to gain access to the event. What is the point in having an adjoining hotel walkway, if it cannot be used?

Overall great experience. Room had many facilities like a fridge very good TV and comfy bed. Spa facilities are great. Lovely swimming pool and sauna for an early swim. Breakfast is to die for- waffles, cooked, continental options amazing. Will be coming back !!
