Luxurious Stay with Outstanding Service
Stunning new hotel with luxurious amenities and a prime location right on the boardwalk. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Despite visiting during peak season when the hotel was quite busy, I never had trouble finding a spot by the pool or in the restaurant. The overall experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

The best customer service we have ever experienced. If you are considering staying here, book it. You won’t regret it. The hotel is perfect. Great for families but would also return as a couple. Irish bar is ace!!

Great hotel. Went for half board. Breakfast was great and the buffet dinner had a lot of options for everyone. Alcohol is very expensive so a bottle of beer is nearly £10. The free access to theme parks was great and saved on this. All the theme parks are great! Kids club was good too. Very comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed in facilities and I was staying in 6010 room for two days. Staff was very professional and always super helpful and smiling especially in the buffet restaurant all employees that were at the dinner last night, employees at the Front Desk too. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the colleague who did check in and check out, in beige suit: friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back very soon, thank you!

Really nice hotel to stay in. The foods aroma is amazing. I played football with the kids. But the only problem is that the balcony was kinda small. Overall we had a good adventure at yas island.
