Amenities at the hotel were overall okay, but the provision was inconsistent - however after speaking with housekeeping they provided what was missing. I was disappointed with their breakfast policy - you can only eat breakfast at the hotel, even when you have a really early check out - I was informed there were no exceptions even when I offered to pay for the breakfast yet it was a bed and breakfast booking.

This hotel is conveniently located near airport but also other offices as Addis expanded. Rooms are superb as is Italian restaurant, and modestly priced. Public areas a bit crowded with layover passengers but still good service.

I did not like the way I was treated by the staff on duty on the 13th. I arrived around 10 PM and since I had not received the invoice for the stay on the 7th, I requested that they issue it. The staff on duty first claimed it was no longer possible and then said they were too busy, even though there were fewer than 7 people in line. I said I could wait as long as necessary, but it didn’t help. The issue was only resolved by the staff who started their shift at midnight, and they assisted me in less than 5 minutes
