Some of the property was a bit tired but overall the amenities were good. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could require, even a juicing machine! Staff were lovely & common areas were well kept! Value for money!

Found furniture to be tatty - cushion covers ripped, bathroom tiles dirty old n chipped. Toilet seat had cracks in n bowl was rusty . Also no one observed the rule of no towels on sunbed - & no-one enforced the rule - not once did we get a sunbed by the pool in our 7 day stay - some days nobody in pool & yet all sunbeds had towels on and no guests !!! Very annoying !!

We've stayed here several times. It's a lovely hotel, rooms are great. Walking distance (20mins) from the beach but there is also a free shuttle or a bus stop on the main road (walking back up the hill is a bit of a killer). Ex timeshare hotel so the apartments are roomy and well equipped. Our room was a little tired looking in places this time but overall kept in lovely condition, friendly staff, great pool area - we love the Bali beds. Highly recommend eating at La 3.60 nearby, great meals for €3.60 plus tax for a main. We will definitely be back.

Brilliant property close to all amenities. Great entertainment. Spotless clean. Very friendly. Sara looked after us the whole week she was amazing. She goes to no lenghts to help you with anything. She will go and get ya anything you need. Brilliant lady who is the star of the hotel. Love the place cant wait to go back. X

Regency Club is absolutely lovely place, its situated in quiet area with lovely sea view, just 20 mins walk from busy bars, shops and restaurants. Restaurant offers very good food, and theres few shops around if u want to cook for yourself. Staff is more than friendly, happy to help You with all the question. Big big big THANKS to Lovely Animation Team, Luca and Beatrize, who kept us busy at the pool with plenty of activities. Your kids will be delighted with company of so warmheart people like them, just unforgettable. In general, u will not be dissapointed, so pack Your bags and head over😊

Recently stayed at the Regency Torviscas and was thoroughly impressed! excellent service at check in (even got in earlier), apartment was spacious, had all amenities, beautiful balcony and wonderful quality. Premises were beautiful, lovely pool and entertainment area. Even a free bus to take you to and from beaches, it was a 10/10 and I would definitely stay here again!!! excellent

Unpleasant experience...

Pros: proximity to shops/mall/Mac and BK. free parking around Big and clean apartment with most amenities provided swimming pool and play area for kids
Cons: management need to up their presence and customer complain handling. i was not expecting such poor response to change the room.
stayed over Christmas period & paid the premium but probably was given the worst room in the hotel. I had selected this resort based on other reviews but our experience was very bad to say the least. we got the room 69; all windows looked at walls. although it had a big porch, it was all walled of so none of the windows even had a glimpse of the sky... let alone the sea!! on top of that, our room was located next to where the cleaning ladies would pick up their supplies in the morning and they made such a racket that the whole family was up at 8am, everyday!! even though both me and my wife complained about the noise and horrible location of room we were not relocated during the entire stay. the ladies at the the reception were very polite & tried to help but room relocation was down to the hotel manager, who was not around. The gents at the reception simply shrugged and said sorry all full. Pool temperature was on the cooler side and my son only went in once. The staff in restaurant were not very hospitable and i only went there once for brkfst we ended up staying out of the hotel from 9am to 11pm everyday and will definately not be returning. on the plus side; apartment was big and clean. plenty of parking around & big shopping mall with cafes at a 5 min walk. if you drive to the top of hill then you get amazing views. Siam mall and park are also close by.
