We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The premises were clean and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh linen provided everyday. Location was ideal as it was a central to our places of interest. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have a flexible shower hose connection instead of a fixed shower head (as we have experienced in other premises).

Room wasnt ready at 2.00, no explanation given, we had to Festival to go too so we were allowed to park car outside but not able to go inside the room , to shower or change clothes , returned at 10.00pm and unpacked car , maybe they had a staff issue but not being able to enter room at 2pm check in was annoying to say the least

Great place to stay. Although as a family we were put upstairs which was inconvenient to set up a porta cot. They also didn’t let anybody know that the City to Bay was on and therefore got trapped waiting for it to finish unless you had moved your car out earlier but no warning given from the property. Smokers also next door which came into the room each time they went out for a cigarette.
