We were disappointed that the swimming pool had too little water in it, and was not being cleaned. We did not go in it because it did not look safe. We removed from our first rooms because there were cockroaches and looked into a second room, which was much nicer. I would recommend requesting a room without carpeting.

The only place to stay in Aguascalientes
Comfortable accommodations and clean hotel. Friendly staff and extremely quiet rooms. Couldn’t hear any of the hustle and bustle outside of the hotel.

We dislike every thing about it, Construction is being done to it, Workers were loud, But worst of all they assigned a room that was already occupied ( Dirty ) I do not like to leave BAD reviews :( But our stay was pathetic The AIR CONDITIONER did not performed well at all .

The person at the check in desk isn’t friendly and lacks of knowledge about the hotel surrounding, he said there’s no Uber in the City and there is for sure. Also said there were no restaurants and there are. Other thing we didn’t like is that due to all the events carried by the hotel, you are never able to use the Pool ...
