The 1st room we were checked into had a mildewey odor. Fortunately the concierge provided us with a different room. The concierge and staff were professional and courteous which made the stay bearable.

The photos you see of this hotel and what it actually looks like are not the same. The worst hotel I'ver stayed. Terrible odor,complained about it and asked for another room. They said they didn't have anymore and handed us a bottle of spray to spray the room with. The parking lot was almost empty but they d8dn't have any rooms? The furniture was broken, huge water spots on the lamp shades and poop on the toilet lid. Beware!

Quality Inn fumbled the ball

The purpose of my trip was to arrend a youth football tournament. The staff was amazing, they handled all issues in a timely manner. Upon arrival, the bathroom appeared to have been recently used. I contacted a housekeeper in the hallway and she addressed the issue immediately. The room that we occupied, had roaches, the shades had what appeared to be cigarette burns in them and the room needed a deep cleansing. I moved on of the nightstands to access a socket and had to wash my hands right after. The hotel was conveniently located next to several eateries and a Wal-mart literally steps away from the hotel door.

The rooms were very dirty. I had to ask for new sheets and made the beds myself. The new sheets were also dirty. The bathroom was filthy. A condom is in the sink drain. The whole place reaked of weed and cigarettes. Especially the 3rd floor. The staff was super nice, but that’s about it.

The hotel has electrical issues. The light switch right inside the door might turn a wall plug on and off, but not the light in the ceiling over the door. The only way to turn that light off was to unscrew the lightbulb. The mattress was also pretty poor, and the sheets were poor too. The staff in the hotel was great and helpful.

Place smells like cigarettes all of the bathroom lights were not working half of them were burnt out the bed was so worn out that the sheets would not even stay on it. The sheets were worn out as well burn hole in the sheet. Took 30 minutes to check in and there were only two people in front of me. I was told the room was not ready but when I said that was unacceptable and that I had already paid prior to arriving she went and found a room. All in all a bad experience we ended up leaving early in the middle of the first day did not even stay overnight the second night but they kept my money of course

Reminded me of a $10 motel in the 1960s.

Upon checking in, I was hit with an undisclosed $60 deposit demand. Really had no choice (had I lived within 30 miles, the deposit would have been $100. Hopefully, I'll get it back in "3 top 5 days." The mattress was old and soft and the bedding and room case goods were worn. The tub enclosure had no grab bars (there was one outside), no non-slip mat, and the curved bottom was slippery. The "breakfast" had cold cereal, overly sweet prepackaged muffins, waffles, and yogurt. They had a toaster, but nothing to toast. No eggs or breakfast meats.

Perfect for what I needed. Stayed and went to the Champions Tour Golf Tournament at Firestone. Quick easy drive to the golf course. Nothing fancy.

Alright. Staff was a bit rude and as a first time room booker I didn't know there was a deposit (ironically it costs more than the room) but the room was surprisingly nice. I would assume this to be the middle of the road option.

This place is disgustingly dirty and in disrepair. Smells like cigarettes and pot smoke. The shower was covered in soap scum. It was gross. Really bad location, also.

The rooms smelled lile cigarette smoke! The people beside me were so loud argueing all night cops were called at 3 am the rooms were dirty also! Front desk person in the morning was awsome! The whole building smelled pf cigarette smoke!!

Walking into check in for a room, the 2rmployees were dealing with a customer and his friend, along r we other a dozen or more PeeWee football players. There was a problem with their check in. This wanton for about 15 minutes until one of the women behind the desk came over snd helped us. Got us slotted into a room, but when we went to the room the maid was scross the hall making up another room. She was very irritable when I asked how soon we could get into the room and she barked back in broken English that there’s not supposed to be anyone on the 2nd floor.With that I returned down to the desk an canceled my stay. I travel a lot and I have NEVER seen such a disaster in my over 40 years of business and leisure stsys.

Well I never got to stay I made a reservation and paid in full for the room and when I got there I couldn’t find my ID but I had everything she needed on my phone I had my Apple ID with picture I had my social security card birth certificate but that wasn’t good enough the person I was with had his ID but she had a bad attitude was being snappy and short with me. I mean the room was paid in full I had my credit cards they had my credit card numbers if something needed to be charged it was just ridiculous. So I went right up the street to the Residence Inn by Marriot and guess what all my info on my phone and credit card was good enough for them… No wonder almost all other hotels were NO VACANCY except for the quality inn. I’ll make sure to tell all my friends how rude your front desk clerk was and to just go up the street they were friendly and understanding
