The lights did not work in the first room I was assigned and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The second room was a bit better but also smelled of cigarette smoke. I will not be staying at a Ramada any time soon.

Liked:The bed was comfortable. Disliked: when we entered the room they had the heat on set at 85°F, it was like 85 outside. The bathtub tap had a steady drip. The set up for breakfast was annoying. Every place that had a complimentary breakfast was self serve. This was weird. It was part self serve and part was served.

My room didn’t have a phone so I had to search for the number on my cell in order to call the front desk. Bed spread had cigarette holes. I had to go back to the desk because my keys didn’t work to open the room. Staff was very professional & courteous.

Very outdated, dirty , unsafe. There was a homeless person on the floor in the lobby. The breakfast was poor and limited. It was a terrible experience

It’s a motel that uses the Ramada Inn brand but let’s not get too excited on value for money since this really is a low cost alternative. Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and accommodating for us coming with bicycles

Staff was wonderful. Area was not the same as in description. Place looked run down. The main door stayed open and unlocked 24/7 (sign in door says must have room key to enter). Room was out dated and dirty. We cleaned out bathroom before use. Shower curtain was ripped in serval places. Safety was a concern when we saw someone shoved paper towel in the peephole.

Picture on web of hotels can be very tricky
Hotel is si deteriorated from the exterior as soon as you pull into parking lot you can see how bad it is , I didn’t even got off to check my room, I already knew what type of conditions was gonna be so I left and booked me a cleaner decent areas hotel

This had to be the worst hotel I have ever booked. I don’t think they have done maintenance in many years. The front door is broken and stuck open. The front Matt was worn thru. The bathtub was disgusting and dirty. Very poor cleaning job. There was a hole kicked in the bathroom door. Can’t believe Ramada would lend their name to this property. There was more but I will atop
