I am waiting for a refund for three of four nights booked. Plans changed and we rebooked for four additional nights but never received the refund for the unused nights.from the initial reservation. No one from Days Inn or Expedia has followed up on our refund. I would absolutely avoid booking with Days Inn! Not sure that I can trust Expedia at this point either as they have gone silent on me.

Prepaid online arrive to check in all was well until they saw my black friend. Was refused service because his Id is on his phone . They did accept my expired nm id with no question.

Friendly staff but the bed is terrible dirty. Ask to switch to another room but when i got there the door was not locked and the bed is still dirty.The door was open not closed or locked. Too tired to go complains just went inside and locked it.

The room was in excellent condition, good bed, great sheets. Newly remodeled it seemed. Staff was friendly and the price was a bargain. I would stay here again.

Room in overall awful conditions. Sheets with several stains - one even had holes in it! Toilet and bathtub were clearly old and not properly cleaned. Floor was also poorly vacuumed - bunch of hair strands everywhere! I would never recommend a stay here.
