You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

1 Bedroom &1 Bathroom ( In the basement with separate walkout entrance ), Completely private place. no one live in the that floor. Owners use the basement kitchen and Home theater in the weekend. it has separate entrance, parking available in front of the house ( street parking ) ...Its brand single family house build 2021.
it has kitchenette ( Microwave, Mini refrigerator)
3. Bedroom has king size bed & mattress, No TV. ( can we can if needed) free high speed WIFI.
Its new construction house, no one lived before, everything is brand new including mattress.
I highlighted the area that you will be using please see the picture. entrance and exit , street parking in front of the house is always available. Its walkout is lower level in a single family house. It has a full kitchen but we will use that on weekends only. Not permissible for you , same level we have Home theater that we will be using in the weekend ( hope Noise won't bother you.
