While I was happy overall with the hotel as it was clean the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent in the morning. I have to complain about the bedding as it wasn't enough to keep us warm. And the fact that the jacuzzi was down the entire visit was very disappointing is that something we look forward to and it was a specific reason we booked this hotel.

Once Regal Now Rundown
Definitely not the pictured modern hotel, our rooms were mediocre at best. The selling part for us was the adjoining room that our kids could share, but the bunkbed looked old, worn, and needing some care. Beds are hard, pillows too. I was nervous about leaving our car in the parking lot as it was so accessible and we could hear all kinds of street noises through the paper thin walls. Über anywhere you want to go! Buses were full by the time they got to us. We liked that there was enough room for everyone to have their own bed, there were 2 bathrooms and check in was so easy! The staff have been great, I just wish it was enough to make up for the other parts that weren’t.

Amazing Staff & Hotel
Amazing Staff, they remembered us from our last stay & that just shows great Customer Service. They gave us a call after we settled in our room asking if everything was ok. We absolutely loved that. The cleaning service is perfect. Especially with 3 kids, they can misplace this and that, and when we come back to our room it’s back where it should be. I have nothing but great things to say about this Hotel. Definitely recommend & we will definitely continue to book here every time we come to California. -Pacheco Family from Gilbert AZ

Nice staff friendly the only down thing I tried to connect to WiFi and it always said no connection telephone line didn’t work but otherwise everything was great the pool was very warm the hot tub was broken as well so that was a one point less

Great family friendly place.
Our second time staying. We chose the two bathroom room this time and were highly impressed. While our main shower had issues, maintenance was very quick to fix it for us. Breakfast was simple but filling, Maria made breakfast even more amazing with her conversation and service. We walked to the Toy Story parking lot for our Disney days, small food places and stores were within good driving distance. Overall this place is our yearly hotel pick.
