The room was very old and very outdated. The carpet was dirty and had some red stains on it (not sure if it was blood). The bed’s comforter didn’t even have a cover. The pillow cases and sheets were stained. All through the night I could hear guests coming and going, dragging up and down their suitcases, and knocking on doors/talking. However, the ladies at the front desk were very nice.

Chilly, so so experience...
Pro: lobby and room were clean and well lit. Close to ANC Airport and there is a shuttle bus if needed. There were lots of nice Christmas lights. Con: the room did not appear to have a functional heater, so it was chilly. The shower diverter valve is hidden under the water spout. The "breakfast" appears to be 85+% carbs. Almost everything on offer was consumed well before closing time and no one seemed to be restocking. So there might not be anything edible if you sleep past 0700. Other than that it was a so so experience. With a little bit of effort the place has the potential to get better ratings.

The staff was very receptive,helpful. had concerns with guests near my room having loud outburst. Taz extremely good at her job, and the other young lafies at desk also helpful. would not stay in rooms not within the building. the Hotel cannot control people waiting at bus stop right outside my room listening to loud music and or yelling etc..it felt unsafe... the breakfast and things that the hotel could control were good, and the price was acceptable as well....would recommend just in the builing...

Quick trip!
Just a quick overnight before flying out on vacation. Comfortable and looks newly updated. The curtains didn’t fit quite right so a lot of light shone into the room from the outside hall lights. Other than that it’s a great stay!
