Welcome to the Peak Condo @ the Wheeler Peak Lodge. This luxury, one-bedroom (loft) and two-full-bathroom condominium is the perfect getaway. The Peak is named for its position where it sits up high in the middle of the Wheeler Peak Lodge with a great wall of windows boasting spectacular views of the Wheeler Peak Mountain range. The open-concept living room features a beautiful rock-wall gas fireplace with a smart streaming TV mounted above. It also has extra sleeping with two queen sleeper sofas. The well-equipped kitchen has all of the necessities to cook your favorite meals. The dining room table can seat up to four, and the kitchen bar has seating for three more. Walk out onto the large deck that spans from the living room across to the kitchen to take in the great views. Enjoy the convenience of the in-unit stackable washer/dryer. There is also a full bathroom located off the kitchen area. The master bedroom is upstairs in a spacious loft and has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The scenic vista from The Peak will take your breath away! Please note, that this home is located on the second floor and requires stairs to reach the front entrance.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
