Thank you very much for your email. We are very sorry for the inconveniences during your stay and not having been able to exceed your expectations. The information about the renovation in pools was notified on 20th January and the works started on 26th January. Your reservation was made through the channel Expedia on 11th February 2022. It is very important for us that guests have the information about what services you book and conditions before arrival. We were probably not the type of hotel you were looking for and we sincerely regret that you did not enjoy your stay.
