We so enjoyed our stay at the Herodion hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had all the amenities we needed. The best part of the hotel was the location; right next to the Acropolis Museum and at the base of the Acropolis. Would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel close to the Pantheon
Chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Pantheon and museum. The added benefit are multiple restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel is modern, well run, with a friendly staff. A real find.

Great location. Good view of the Parthenon. 10 minute walk from many restaurants. Nice atmosphere in the hotel bar area. Comprehensive breakfast. Shame the bar closed so early (11pm) for residents. Rooftop bar closed for the season but we found plenty of alternatives in the area.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip! The view of Acropolis from the rooftop was amazing. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have a restaurant and bar inside the hotel when needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing as well with lots of options. Walkable distance from shops, restaurants, and all the tourists sights.

Hot tubs on the roof with view of Acropolis was great feature. Location to the Acropolis and the museum as well as a block away to the hop-on-hop off bus.

Beautiful Hotel by Acropolis!
I really can’t say enough great things about the Herodion Hotel. Our room was very nice with a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The location is perfect - on a quiet, tree-lined street near the Acropolis Museum. Easy walk to the Acropolis, Plakka, etc. The two restaurants are superb- and, don’t even get me started on the breakfast that’s included with your stay. It’s better than any restaurant you’d seek out for breakfast. We stayed 3 nights before leaving to island hop. We stayed at the Electra Hotel on Ermou for our last two nights in Athens and regretted it - loud and outdated. Wish we had come back to the Herodion! Next time.
