Hotel was nice however after arriving later to settle in the toilet wouldn’t flush. Because it was so late we figured no one would assist us so we decided to notify them in the morning but the maintenance person did not come. Seemed like something was going on with the plumbing system. That made the stay not as comfortable. Other than that the hotel and breakfast proved was good.

Very nice Embassy Suites. Liked the renovated/new room. Couple of lights in hotel room did not work. Was surprised to learn of parking fee upon arrival.

There were two huge water bugs in the room. The shower water pressure is terrible and the shower head didn’t work. When I walked in no one was at the desk and we weren’t greeted. The elevators are very slow only two operating out of three. We had to use the stairs from the 6th floor. Not to mention the breakfast food was terrible. The parking garage is so far away and not convenient at all. The staff at the desk seem so standoffish. The room reeks of cigarette smoke for it to be a non smoking hotel. You can smell bug spray as soon as you enter from the side door near the parking garage.

The hotel is a short walk to the Perimeter Mall area and all of its shopping and dining options, as well as the Marta Station at Sandy Springs. The hotel itself was pleasant, but I did find the pool area was not well cared for. The staff was extremely helpful in dealing with a few areas where I needed help (late check out and printing services).
