No body at the desk and the metal door rolled down. Hotel clerk ask if i wanted a refund before i ecer went to the room. It was dirty, smelled horrible and was not fit for anyone to sleep in.

Check in was easy. There is no guest staff in the evenings. On day of our check out staff hours began at 7am but at 8:08 the metal door was still pulled down that closes off the reception desk. I left my room keys in the room. The location is very convenient to highway and shopping but there are just too many roaches inside the hotel. Also I didn't feel very safe with it tucked away in the back and the exterior doors are supposed to be activated by a room key to open but the doors are always open (don't need a room key to open) and there being no front desk staff at night.

Great deal
Basic, no frills hotel. Staff was very friendly, room was nice for an overnight stay or if you’re around on business. Room had refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop and microwave. I would stay again

Reservation made 2 days prior, arrived to No Room
Terrible because there was no stay. Booked at least 2 days in advance, and when we arrive to check in at 5pm, the representative at the desk said she called a few hours earlier because they were booked up. I did receive a call on my phone while I was driving from out of town, it no voicemail was left. The caller ID said “thing6”. The representative advised me to try another hotel and offered to cancel my reservation. What reservation was there to cancel since there wasn’t a room available? Awful experience. Sad because we stayed at this hotel the year before. Not sure if I will stay at or even recommend Extended Stay ever again. Losing faith in Hotels.com, since the loyalty for all the years means nothing since they changed to their OneKey limited rewards program.
