If the hotel brought itself up to the standards of it's AMAZING staff, I would've given 5 stars all around. I had to change my room several times, due to a strong mildew smell. Never staying again in this hotel
No housekeeping for two days, no hot water, shower head and hose didn't work properly, ask to exchanged they didn't. Maintenance guy? Don't know if they had one working that weekend. The only positive was that the front desk staff was very nice and apologies for all the inconvenience also the valet guys there very friendly.

This hotel is close to Aquarium and Coca Cola Museum, only a 15 minute walk from hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, be careful, otherwise a good hotel and clean with great service.
