Excellent stay. I was in town for work and spent the nights walking and trying different restaurants and bars. Hotel is a in great location, it was clean, and the staff was very courteous. I would definitely recommend.

I had a reservation, the check in starts at 4pm, I got there at 7:15pm and it took the staff 45min to figure my room out. They were absolutely not helpful.

Staff was lovely, the room and lobby was very clean! I had such a lovely and relaxing stay. The area around the hotel is safe with great options for shopping and dining. Lenox mall isn’t that far either
