The hotel was great and they did a great job with our stay. The problem is that Valet parking is horrible, they lost my car! Saturday night when I went to get my car, they kept me waiting for 35 min (I wasn't the only guest with this issue), they were saying that my car was on the way and after 35 min of waiting I asked to talked to the manager. The manager shows up 45 min after they called him. And he told me that he will discount 1 night of parking so I don't lose and he doesn't lose either, it is more than fair he said! It would be beneficial for this manager to get some lessons of customer service! I went to the front desk of the hotel and explain the whole situation, customer service understood the issue and they offered to pay for Dinner at the restaurant and parking for my two nigths of stay. I had my two toddlers (2 years old and 3 years old) hungry and my senior mom (67 years old) hungry as well and waiting for the car. We had a reservation in Marcel Restaurant that night becasue it was my mom's birthday and we lost it thanks to the issue with my car and i couldn't call for an uber becasue the car seats where in my cas as well. I had to send my family to eat in the restaurant of the hotel after 20 min of waiting. It wasn't a nice evening at all. Hotel is great, Valet is horrible!
