This is an excellent hotel but the valet parking service is terrible. Waited 20 minutes for the valet and then I went to park the car myself in the self parking that the hotel has reserved. There, there was no parking attendant and the reception desk had been vandalized and the parking place next to it had a signed that said be aware of fake attendant!!!. You would think that your car would be stolen and that should not happen when you are in a great hotel like Hyatt. I guess the management of the hotel does not care. The room in the hotel was very nice, very clean and the gym was excellent. I was in Atlanta on a Friday night at 8:30 pm and the surrounding place around the hotel when it should have been full of people was empty and felt quite scary to walk around.

The valet service is extremely rude had an entire situation where one of their valets drove off with me standing in the door with my car door wide open. Basically nothing was done about it.
