Made booking a couple days before traveling. On day of travel, called host who informed me that they had never received notice of the reservation. She was going to reach out to VRBO to confirm. Never heard from her again. Had to cancel reservation once in town and find a hotel which cost me an arm and leg. Would have appreciated a more timely - “No I can’t honor the reservation”. Instead got crickets.

Dope af!
The property was super clean and had everything you’ll need (appliances, towels, hand soaps, etc). Easy access to pool and was in close proximity. Host was really nice and accommodating during check in process. Just overall a dope experience and would stay here again.

The overall stay was amazing.

Great place and location
The size of the space was perfect and it was extremely clean. The host was easily accessible & responsive to all inquiries. I would definitely stay here again. During my stay, thermostat in the unit kept shutting down but it remained cool enough for us to still be comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone looking to stay in the Buckhead area.

Fabulous Stay at. Fabulous location!
Y’all if y’all are coming to Atlanta and considering Joi’s place BOOK IT! I booked it because of its central location to all the Atlanta sights. I was staying for my birthday weekend and wanted something close. I was so so so impressed at how amazing the location was, how beautiful the building and pool were, how comfy the bed and couches were, and how sweet Joi and her daughter were to leave me a bottle of wine and a card for my birthday. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit the city again.
